YourBeanstalk’s Opinion: Women who are flight attendants have the ability to travel around the country or the world, all expenses paid. However, the benefits come with great responsibilities – taking care of passengers, ensuring their comfort and helping them in the event an emergency should occur. There is very little turn-over for flight attendants, so only the best qualified applicants will get the job. Because of the long time spent away from home, this may be a difficult career for married women or working mothers.
