YourBeanstalk’s Opinion: You don’t often hear about women who are farriers, but they’re out there. Even with today’s technological advances, there will always be a need for farriers to do the horseshoeing trade they’ve done for hundreds of years. If you love horses, this is a great career. You can find steady employment with a stable, or you can start your own business. With it’s flexibility, it’s a great career for working mothers, single moms and women who just love horses.
