Common duties may include:

  • Helping attorneys prepare for closings, hearings, trials and meetings
  • Investigating the facts of cases
  • Identify appropriate laws, judicial decisions, etc. that are relevant to a case
  • Drafting legal documents or letters

  • Integrity
  • Good at organization
  • Computer knowledge
  • Knowledge of legal proceedings
